Got a call back from Vodafone after I replied to a text survey regarding a cold call about home broadband. Told them I was busy at work and they asked if there was a better time to call. Since I’d already said no to chatting about broadband with the first person, I made it clear I wasn’t keen on giving any more feedback. The caller said they’d take my number off the call centre list. Yesterday, I missed a call from an unfamiliar number, so I looked it up here and saw it was Vodafone. If they ring me again and I pick up, I’ll let them know once more to seriously improve their customer service!

Got a few calls, but my Samsung's smart app flagged them as robotic and possibly dodgy. Bit odd to see it was Vodafone, my network. Then again, who likes getting sales calls from anyone really, so maybe it’s just another bit of marketing trickery. I won’t pick up unless the caller ID shows a proper, legit number I recognise and can trace. Fingers crossed this feedback reaches those marketing firms and they sort themselves out. Though honestly, I doubt it’ll make much difference.
