Got a call from some bloke asking for someone in the energy team, but this person doesn't even work here. I said I couldn’t connect them without a surname, but he insisted I do what the lady before did and put him straight through. Thing is, I’ve been the only one here all day, so there was no one else. When I explained this, he just said he’d ring back tomorrow when I’m not around and then he just hung up. Proper odd behaviour.
