This number called my daughter’s phone, not mine, even tho I told them mine’s the main contact lol. Checked the comments and looks like it’s Vodafone. I’ve already cancelled one line on my account, the others will go when I'm ready. Been with Vodafone since PAYG started and been on contract for 14 years but they don’t seem to care about loyal customers when it comes to upgrades. Turns out I can save loads by going elsewhere, something I never would’ve considered if they hadn’t just denied me for no good reason. So long, Vodafone.

Similar to what others said, I’ve just switched from Vodafone using a PAC code. I left because they wouldn’t let me upgrade after running a credit check, even though the credit agencies show my score as top notch. Vodafone have really lost out here.

I reckon it might be Vodafone. I was with em for 18 years before I finally switched. They really dont seem bothered at all that I left. I just missed a call from them right after I asked for my leaving codes. After all those years, Vodafone didn’t even try to match the prices from other providers. Top notch service, really!

Vodafone won’t stop ringing me even though I asked for my PAC code and ended my contract. They should really focus on keeping their current customers happy with better offers, then I might’ve stayed. Instead, I got a rude person on the line when I said I was leaving for a cheaper deal elsewhere. Proper annoying.

Got a call from this number right after I ended my contract with Vodaphone yesterday. Honestly, Vodaphone must be the worst mobile provider out there. My year with them has been nothing but trouble. So, if this is you calling, just buzz off because there’s no way I’m going back to Vodaphone. You’re blocked, and I don’t want any part of that number linked to me.

I asked for a Vodaphone PAC yesterday, and today this number called me out of the blue claiming to be from their 'retention team'. They tried to get me to confirm my identity with a PIN, which I refused. Then they asked for my postcode and date of birth, again I said no. They couldn’t give me any info from my account to prove who they really were. I’m not saying they're definitely scammers or the company is dodgy, but honestly, the whole convo seemed like a perfect setup for a scam. Does anyone know if people requesting PAC codes can be found outside of Vodaphone somehow?

Vodafone trying to keep me as a customer, but why don’t they just give me the best offer straight away before I even ask for my PAC code? It feels like we’re forced to jump through hoops to get a decent deal. Last night their deal was 11GB on a 24-month contract for £11 a month, but this morning, they had the same 11GB on a 17-month contract for £7.70 a month. Honestly, it’s just as frustrating as SKY!

‭01709 357265‬ These are the same lot, just another number, all since I tried to cancel my Vodafone contract! But I’ve moved on now, got myself a new SIM with loads of data, no strings attached and no bother! ‭01709 357265‬ I’m really happy I looked this number up, I had asked Vodafone for a PAC code, so I reckon this call is them trying to stop me leaving! Loyalty definitely doesn’t seem to mean much to them.

Likely Vodafone calling. I usually ignore calls from numbers I don’t know. Just like someone else said here, I asked Vodafone for my PAC code yesterday night. Switching over to BT now, paying £5 a month for 2GB of data instead of Vodafone's £14 for just 0.5GB. No comparison really (Totally my bad for not doing it sooner)!

Just saw the other comments and I’m in the same boat. I recently asked Vodafone for my PAC code but they never got back to me. I’m gonna block that number now. If Vodafone actually cared about keeping us long-time customers, they’d give better offers to people who’ve been with them ages, not just new customers. Yeah, Vodafone rang me after I asked for my PAC code, offering a 30% discount (which I’d already been sent a text about), but I’ve actually found a better deal somewhere else. This is the second time in just two days I've been rung by what I reckon is Vodafone's PAC team. Honestly, I've been stuck paying their expensive fees for ages, but I'm done with them now. A quick phone call and a promise of a 30% discount (which still ain't anywhere near the price I'll be paying elsewhere) just isn't enough to keep me as a customer.

Got another call from what I think was the Vodaphone PAC crew, second time in just a couple of days. Honestly, I've been paying way too much for their service for ages, but I'm done now. A quick call and a 30% discount that still won’t come close to the new plan I’m switching to just don’t cut it to keep me with them.

I recently departed from Vodafone and promptly requested my PAC. However, the call was terminated after a mere 16 seconds. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

Think it's Vodafone acting dodgy. Just got a PAC code so I can switch providers.

I got a call from Vodafone Retentions after I asked for a PAC code. The person on the line seemed totally bored and carried on talking even when I said I’d already switched because I found a better SIM-only deal (funny enough with Voxi, which is actually owned by Vodafone too). They sounded pretty annoyed but I’m not sure why since it’s basically the same company. Plus, I didn’t even have to use the PAC code to move over to Voxi!

I didnt pick up, but yesterday Vodafone sent me my PAC code. Also, today I noticed some missed calls from abroad, no idea if its linked tho, I left em unanswered anyway.

I requested my PAC code after Vodafone suddenly increased my bill. I’ve been a customer for ages and out of the blue they messaged me offering a 30% discount. Bit late for that, should’ve offered it before hiking up the fees!

Got a call from Vodafone sales today. Ive been with them since my first mobile, like over 20 years. Ended up leaving when they bumped my SIM only bill from £14 to £30 a month. They called me offering a deal at £7.70 per month now. If they actually cared about loyal customers from the start, they wouldnt have lost me as a customer to begin with.

Didn’t recoginse this number when it rang me today out of the blue. I’ve been getting loads of spam calls lately so it might be another one. Just blocked it straight away.

Just hung up on Vodafone, wasn’t gonna pick up.

I didnt answer but seems like its connected to the Vodafone stuff. I already chatted with retentions earlier today and agreed to a new plan, so maybe it’s cause I asked to cancel before.

Yesterday i requested my PAC code from Vodafone and like others have said, it’s definitely them. Now suddenly they’re giving me great offers just as I’m about to leave. Would’ve been nice if they tried that when i’ve been loyal for a whole decade! Goodbye Vodafone!

Got a call from Vodafone asking why I stopped my renewal, the bloke on the phone wasn’t very nice and now I’m wishing I hadn’t got that extra contract through some third party.

Got a call from Vodafone asking why I ended my renewal, the bloke on the phone wasn't very nice at all. Honestly, it makes me wish I hadn’t signed up for that separate contract through a third party with them.

Vodafone Retentions tried to call me after I’d already switched providers. The person sounded like they were trying to be helpful, asking if there was anything they could do to fix things. Felt like a final attempt to keep me on board, more of a sales pitch really. Not really impressed, but yeah, the phone number was definitely from Vodafone.

Vodafone asked for the PAC number then ringed my daughter. When I tried to talk to them, they just ignored me, so now I’ve lost all interest.

Got a call from Vodafone this morning after I cancelled my contract and asked for my PAC code last night. They just won't leave you alone. Best thing is to block the number, they're probably just the retention lot trying to convince you to stay.

I just received my PAC code from Vodafone after being with them for about 30 years. So I’m assuming this call is from them, but they left no voicemail or message, which feels a bit like harassment.

Really pleased I checked this site and found out it was Vodafone. I’ve been with them over 15 years and when I said I wanted to leave, they didn’t even bother trying to keep me. Even the customer service manager acted like they didn’t care. Then as soon as I asked for my PAC code, they decided to call me back! Quite poor showing from them, honestly!

Since I asked for my PAC code and switched to a new network, Vodafone's been calling me almost every day but I never answer. Once, I accidentally left a message and it sounded like someone was at a call centre.

Reading through the comments, sounds like it was Vodafone calling. I didn’t pick up but I did ask for my PAC code a few days back. I agree with someone else here, they really should have given me a better offer before. I've been with them on two phone contracts for about 10 years now, and thinking of switching to Three.

After I asked for my PAC code, Vodafone’s retention lot started bombarding me with offers to keep me as a customer. Honestly, they’ve been pretty rubbish since I switched to them, so I’m glad I’m moving back to EE. Despite saying I wasn’t interested, they keep ringing me several times daily. Just block their number and avoid the stress.

This number is driving me mad. I get calls from it pretty much daily, always at strange hours, but it hangs up just before I manage to answer. The phone barely rings long enough for me to respond, yet I get these annoying calls all the time. I’m proper fed up with it now.

Vodafone rang me, and I think they were trying to stop me leaving by promising a deal that turned out nowhere near as good as they said. Spent like two and a half hours chatting to about four different agents and got nowhere in the end. I’m done and switching over to Giffgaff.
