Whenever my partner asked for more info about their company, all they’d say was "Mortgage Review Centre" over and over, without giving any details. She asked, "Can I speak to ########, please?" which was creepy because that’s my wife's proper name. I was on my guard and asked who was calling. She claimed to be calling from the "Mortgage Review Centre." I politely told her to take a hike, even if I didn’t say it that bluntly. Definitely a scam, just a heads up!

A woman from "The Mortgage Review Centre" called, saying she was following up on a previous call. If that was true, it must have been years ago because I cleared my mortgage back in 2008! I just told her to remove me from their list. Definitely spammy and could be risky if you’re not careful - be cautious or it might end up costing you a lot.
