I received a call from a number I didn't recognise, and they were prattling on about some supposed accident I'd had, which, I must say, was accurate. They even had my name on hand, but I had no inclination to engage with these absolute buffoons. The moment I tried to decline the conversation, they resorted to shouting over me. Quite clearly, it was a scam.
