Pretty sure it's Vodafone, I spent a whole hour yesterday trying to cancel my tablet contract which actually ended 4 months back, but they never informed me and just kept charging me. Just a quick heads-up: I parted ways with Vodafone yesterday. They refused to match the offers available through their subsidiaries like Voxi or through resellers such as Mobile Phones Direct. Plus, they’re planning to hike the rates come April-an increase of roughly 2-3% in line with CPI, on top of a cheeky 3.9% from Vodafone themselves. Essentially, their deal becomes redundant! I’m with Vodafone and I asked for a PAC from them in the last day or so. This is pretty worrying after reading everyone else’s comments - if it’s not actually Vodafone, then they’ve got a serious data leak giving out customers' info to someone else.
