Pretty sure it's Vodafone, I spent a whole hour yesterday trying to cancel my tablet contract which actually ended 4 months back, but they never informed me and just kept charging me. They clearly don't want me to go, but honestly, it was never meant to be! I'm not gonna be stuck with them forever, so chill out Vodafone, have a cuppa and move on. Tried getting through to Vodafone but no luck. Rang them last week since my contract was finishing, wanted to see if they'd match offers from other providers. Heads up, I switched away from Vodafone just yesterday because they refused to offer me the same plan they're pushing through their resellers like Mobile Phones Direct and brands like Voxi. On top of that, they told me my tariff would be hiked in April - about 5 months from now - by the inflation rate, probably 2-3%, plus an extra 3.9% from Vodafone themselves. So basically, the deal they advertise ends up being pointless. I reckon other companies might do similar stuff too. So if you’re getting a call, it’s likely Vodafone trying to chat.

I’m with Vodafone and I asked for a PAC from them in the last day or so. This is pretty worrying after reading everyone else’s comments - if it’s not actually Vodafone, then they’ve got a serious data leak giving out customers' info to someone else.
