This seems to be associated with a claims centre for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI).

Some woman going by the name of Mary (though I doubt that’s her true name) waffling on about PPI. Good grief, just leave me alone!

I’ll be notifying the appropriate legal body about this matter.

They keep ringing me up claiming they possess details about me, yet they can't even tell me my name or anything remotely personal. I reckon they're calling from India, or at least that's the impression I get. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

Can anyone enlighten me on the legality of holding a job that revolves around conning folks and actually receiving a wage for it? It's baffling to think there are individuals who choose to earn their keep by deceiving others. What drives someone to make a career out of such unscrupulous behaviour?

I received an automated response initially, but then I was connected to someone with a thick accent from Black Crow. I struggled to comprehend what they were saying, so I decided to end the call and subsequently blocked the number.

I encountered a rather pushy and rude lady from BTC (or was it BBC?) concerning a recent reimbursement issue. To me, it sounded distinctly like a scam.

"Black Crow Ventures" – I believe that's the right term for it: PPI.

Haha, just had a missed call from this number. Decided to ring them back, and the poor soul on the line sounded a tad taken aback. They fumbled through their lines a bit before claiming to be Natasha from the BBC, saying there’s a cheque for a grand with my name on it. Yeah, right! Sounds like a classic scam to me.

I do wish there was a way to hold accountable those who bombard others with unwanted calls, especially when they haven't got a clue about proper etiquette! It's quite infuriating, isn’t it? What a pain, getting these annoying calls all the time! I’ve found that using a call-blocking app on my phone is a brilliant move. I think it comes built into AVG antivirus, but I also recommend the Should I Answer app. It’s definitely a good idea to get these kind of apps on your device; they work wonders. As soon as they ring you up, they’re straight on the blacklist!

I received a couple of missed calls during my shift and, rather foolishly, decided to return the call. Turns out, it was an infuriating company with an automated system that tricks you into thinking it’s a genuine call from them. Best to steer clear of this lot and just block them.

A bloke called himself 'Charles from the BBC' when he rang me! I hung up instantly. Stay cautious, everyone!
