This number called me but left the phone line open without saying anything first, then started making some really rude remarks not knowing I could hear everything. I hope those words weren’t meant for me. When I mentioned to the person how unacceptable their language was, they hung up straight away.

They kept asking his age and whether he lived alone, then tried to arrange a visit, giving a number and reference. When he said I'd be with him during the appointment, they just hung up. We later tried ringing the number they gave, but it wasn’t working at all.
