Got a call on my phone 25/01/21, they wanted to speak to my wife. I asked who was calling, they said it was from some insurance, Legal & General or something. Tried to talk to me but said data protection stopped them. Told them I was going to end the call and hung up. Feels a bit iffy, could be risky if you get involved.

Some bloke with an Asian sounding accent called, claiming he was selling life insurance. Kept asking if I had any current policies. Got a call from a woman called Amy, sounded like she was in one of those busy call centres with loads of noise behind her. Since I don't know anyone from the Southport area, I chose not to ring back. Instead, I decided to check this website, hoping for some info, only to find out it was probably a scam.
