Some bloke picked up, said sorry, then just ended the call on me.

Had a bloke call me, he sounded Asian and said he wanted to lower my internet and landline charges. Then he began asking for personal info. I just cut him off straight away. This keeps happening every single flipping weekend now. I’m proper fed up with it. Surely there’s a way to stop these nuisance calls! I try blocking them but somehow they keep getting through.

I got a call from an Asian guy claiming to be from Switch & Save, right? He started off weird, calling me by my first name like he knew me or something. Then he tried telling me my phone bills were going to drop. I just wasn’t having it and told him no thanks before hanging up!

From what I’ve read on here, it’s likely some con artist trying to trick you into handing over your bank info so they can clean out your account. You really shouldn’t share any details with them, not even a simple hello. Stay safe and don’t trust these calls!
