Got a call from some bloke claiming he was with Switch and Save, telling me he could cut down our phone bill. I told him I wasn’t interested, but it was pretty clear they’re dodgy when they start getting all rude and pushy on the phone. Definitely a scam in my book.

Got a bloke on the phone claiming to be from System Save, telling me my line rental would go down to £14.12 this month. He asked for my bank details, but I kept him talking just to waste some time. When I asked him for his name so I could report him, he quickly ended the call - didn't seem too pleased about that!

someone rang up claiming to be from bt, saying i could get a discount on my business account if i confirmed my bank info. i played along and kept the convo going for about 20 minutes till he twigged i was messing around and ended the call. at least that’s 20 minutes he wasn’t out there trying to con anyone else.
