I received a call at 3:35 PM today. When I picked up, there was complete silence on the other end; no one said a word and there wasn’t even a hint of background noise. Curious, I tried calling back, only to be greeted by a cacophony in the background - it sounded rather industrial, perhaps from a factory. A woman answered, clearly from the local area, and asked for someone with an Eastern European name. When I mentioned that I was the one who had called, she abruptly hung up on me. Quite odd, really!

I've received calls from this number around 15 times or so, and each time, the caller insists on speaking to a Mr Douglas Radda. I've held onto my number for nearly a decade and have never crossed paths with this individual. I've repeatedly informed them that they've dialled the wrong number and misidentified the person, yet they always assure me that they'll take my number off their list, which, quite frankly, has never happened.
