That didn’t sit well with them, and they swiftly ended the call without so much as a goodbye. What unsettled me was how they seemed to know my name. This has all the hallmarks of a dodgy scam - definitely don't engage with them. And for good measure, make sure to report any such dodgy calls to the ICO.
