I picked up because I know people with that number's area code. A bloke was on the line, calling me by my name and then started asking why I hadn’t sorted out renewing my life insurance yet. When I said I wasn’t interested, he just cut me off straight away.

Some woman rang me on my mobile with an Indian accent, asking for someone called Vallary. There was a lot of noise in the background, sounded like a call centre. She said she wanted to check if I was getting ripped off on life insurance. I told her I was fine, thanks, and ended the call. I've blocked the number now.
