got a call from a lady who immediately started asking loads of personal stuff, i said I’d rather not say and asked what the call was for... she said it was just a polite call to say thanks for settling my bill?? seemed a bit odd and kinda annoying. this is the fifth call in three days, i reckon they’re pushing me to change to direct debit. no chance. been there, done that once and had £500 taken out wrongly - took them a whole year to sort it out and give me my money back.

Got a call from a number claiming to be Currys or PC World. I was at work and told them I couldn't chat right now. Pretty sure it was just some cold caller, don’t see why they’d be ringing me otherwise.
