Somebody rang me claiming to be BALA, but the accent didn't sound British-Indian at all, more like something else. The caller kept asking if I was "X," and every time I just said, "Who’s this?" After going round and round with no sense, the bloke suddenly shouted at me, calling me a “F#cking Idiot!” before hanging up in a nasty way. Proper rude and bizarre.

I received a rather odd phone call supposedly from someone named BALA, but the voice was quite faint and didn’t strike me as British-Indian at all. The caller was rather persistent in asking if I was “X,” to which I kept countering with, “Who’s this, please?” After going round in circles with this rather tedious back-and-forth, I was labelled a “bloody idiot!” and the rude soul just hung up on me.

My phone doesn't actually ring for them now, but I’d warn others against picking up. I was quite surprised because I wasn't aware that a certificate was issued. This raised some red flags for me. She requested my address, which I found rather concerning since I thought the NHS would already have that information on file.
