Some guy claimed he was ringing from EE with some offer. Asked who gave him my number, said it was my husband. I don’t have a husband. When I asked where he was calling from, he said India. Told him what he was doing was dodgy and I’d report him. He just laughed and said it was a prank.

I've been bombarded with nuisance calls lately, and it's really starting to grind my gears. I'm trying to crack on with my work as a self-employed chap, and these shifty calls keep interrupting me. It would be a tad more tolerable if they were genuine clients needing my services, but alas! And to add to my worries, my dear old gran's in hospital at the moment, so every time the phone rings, my heart skips a beat, thinking something might have happened to her. It was a bloke, really rude as well. Wouldn't take my son's number off their list (and he's underage) and just said “I'll keep ringing you no matter what, not removing it.” Honestly, such a nasty guy.
