Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT, said my wifi was infected with malware. They wanted me to let them run some stuff on my computer to "fix" it. Their accents were strongly Indian. Looks real convincing but don’t fall for it. Never authorise any downloads or commands from calls like this, it’s 100% a scam to get control of your laptop, phone or tablet. Best to just hang up straight away and unplug if needed.
