Some bloke calling himself Kevin, said he was from BT, rang me up but only after half a minute he started shouting and being really nasty.

Got another ring from that number today. Said he was from Openreach, worried about my computer being infected or summat. When the first time they called, I asked how daft they thought I was - told them I was! The second time, I asked for proof they were with Openreach and they just hung up straight away. I’ve popped the number onto Call Protect (good job it’s free), fingers crossed it blocks ’em now!

Got a call from someone named Clara who said she was with BT, saying my broadband had a virus and asked me to turn on my computer. I told her it was my choice if I wanted to fix it or not, and when I asked for a contact number to ring her back, she just hung up.
