They mentioned there were some problems with my account and requested that I fire up my computer and install a specific application. The amusing part is that I don't even have an account with Virgin!

Got a call allegedly from Virgin Media saying there was an issue with my account and asking me to get on my computer. Didn’t let the caller finish, told them exactly what I thought, then ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from this familiar-sounding Indian guy bright and early at 7:38am, same one who phoned me last week. Seems like someone’s sold him my info because he used a tweaked version of my name. When I told him about the TPS list last time, he kept calling - but this time he must’ve spotted my voice and shut the call off pretty quick.
