I got a call from a man with an Indian accent who gave his name as John James. He claimed he was with TPS and said he could stop all the spam calls I’ve been getting recently. He mentioned the info came from my phone provider but refused to say which one. Then he started asking for my debit card details and the name on it. When I asked why he needed that, he said it wasn’t about the card, just about blocking the unwanted calls! I told him there was no way I was giving out my card info, and he got quite rude suddenly, so I ended the call straight away!

I got a call from someone asking for my bank card info to supposedly stop unwanted calls on my home phone, but she couldn’t even name the bank. Seemed fishy to me.

This number rang me up and wanted to talk to my mum. When I asked them, "Can you say who this is?", they just said "No, you can't!" Really weird and impolite. Maybe they were trying to get me, but now I'll never find out! So annoying!

Got a call from someone trying to pitch a service that blocks annoying international calls. Funny thing is, they were ringing me up from abroad themselves, so they just bypassed my TPS list to reach me.
