The chap on the line claimed to be from BT, mentioning that my internet speed was lacking. It was quite hard to decipher him due to his thick accent and a cacophony of sounds behind him. When I requested he list what devices were linked to my router, I suggested he send any questions in writing through the post. After that, I ended the call.
