Every Monday morning without fail, I get a call from some BT scammer. They warn me I'm about to be cut off and then there's this recorded message about my account being compromised, with some "engineer" on the way to sort it out. Honestly, I wish I could sort them out for once! 🤬

Got a call from some bloke with a funny accent saying he was from Virgin Media, trying to fix some error messages on my router. He kept going on about how the service was FREE, but when I started questioning him and said he wasn’t an engineer, he just hung up. Just another one of those annoying scammers wasting time. Honestly, I hate these tosser scammers so much, wish there was a way to shut them down!

I got a call from someone saying they were Virgin Media, told me there was an issue with my internet and threatened to disconnect it if I didn’t sort it out quickly. Said they could fix the problem for me. Watch out, it’s definitely a SCAM!

They rang me up 4 times and just cut the call every single time. I ended up blocking them using my BT 1572 call blocker.

My mum got a call earlier from someone pretending to be BT, saying there was a problem with her internet. The bloke tried to guide her through setting up her laptop online to fix it. I rang her on her mobile just as she was talking to him, and she asked the caller to wait a moment to speak to me. Of course, as soon as she did, the caller just disappeared! Total scam!

Someone rang up saying they were from BT and needed to cut off my internet. I asked for more info but they just got really annoyed. I called BT to check and they told me it was definitely a scam. BT's put it down as a serious issue now.

Got a call from someone with an Indian accent saying my Virgin internet was about to be disconnected. I asked them for a phone number to call back and confirm it was really Virgin, but they said no such number was available. I told them exactly what I thought before hanging up. Total scammer!
