Got a call from someone pretending to be BT, said I needed to press 1 to speak to someone. Total scam, don’t fall for it!

I missed a call from this number as I was away from my phone at the time, so I couldn't pick it up. There was no voicemail left afterwards, and I haven't received any follow-up calls. It leads me to suspect that it might have been a scam or a marketing ploy-maybe even a bit of both!

Got a call from what sounded like Amazon, an automated message saying I’d just bought something and to press 1 if I wanted details. Total nonsense, obviously a scam trying to get info.

I got a call from this number 01642655873 claiming to be Amazon. They tried to scam me, saying I owed £87 to renew some Amazon Prime thing. I don’t even have Amazon Prime! Don’t waste your time picking up, it’s definitely a con.

Got a call claiming to be Amazon Prime but it was one of those robo scam things. DO NOT hit 4 or call them back, it’s dodgy for sure.
