I’d like to inquire about my Windows certificate, if you wouldn’t mind. I suggest you park yourself at your computer because it should be a straightforward fix. However, I made it clear that I’m no novice, so I mentioned that I actually use an Apple Mac. And just like that, he ended the call!

I had a rather tricky conversation with a chap claiming to be from Microsoft. His accent was a bit thick, and I struggled to catch everything he said. He mentioned there was an issue with my computer, but I'm an Apple user, which just added to the confusion!

I'm utterly baffled as to how this company obtained my work mobile number. They've been ringing me up about reclaiming PPI, which is quite ridiculous since I've never even had it, considering my job at a bank. I told them I hadn’t requested their call, and they just cut me off. Aren’t there supposed to be rules in place about PPI claims? Clearly, that message hasn't filtered through to them!

Not sure how this firm managed to get hold of my mobile from work. They kept ringing about some PPI claim, but I’ve never had one since I work in banking. I told them I never requested a call and suddenly they just cut me off. I thought new rules were in place for these PPI calls, but apparently they missed the memo.
