Picked up the call, yet there was utter silence on the other end before they abruptly disconnected.

Received a call from this number, and it was one of those annoying cold calls. I've decided to block it!

I’ve been getting a right nuisance of calls from this number, and every time I pick up, the line goes silent. In fact, I’ve had about eight calls from them just today alone!

I keep receiving calls day in and day out, usually in the morning. It’s some bloke who struggles with English. He went on about my bank account being compromised and insisted he could assist me if I provided my personal details. Thankfully, I’m not gullible enough to fall for that nonsense. Absolute scam!
