We’ll see if they stick to it or just sell my number onto other firms who will end up getting ignored too. To be fair, the person i spoke with was quite polite. Gotta keep ‘who called me’ updated.

Properly sick of these calls. They phone me nearly every day and just now left a voicemail. They even knew my name, then played some recorded message from John Cleese about bank loans. Ended the call and blocked the number once more.

That bpi bloke rang me at half nine at night. After his tedious talk about how banks have funds ready for ppi claims, I just told him to jog on. Most would hang up quick but this one was persistent. He kept banging on about the banks having ppi refunds set aside. I told him to take me off the list but the muppet wouldn’t quit. He was so sure about the banks and payments, he even asked if I’d taken any loans out. If this number pops up on your phone and you find this site after a quick search, either have a laugh answering or just block it.

This number has called me a couple of times, showing up as missed calls, but today I actually picked up. The lady on the other end wanted to speak to John, my husband. She said he was recommended by another firm and that she was ringing from a company based in Wales, but I couldn’t get her to say which one exactly! I told her John wasn’t available and asked her to remove our number from their list. She said she couldn’t do that without speaking to John first. That’s when I lost my cool a bit and raised my voice, telling her John wouldn’t be speaking to her. Then I ended the call. I’m so fed up with these people being so casual like they actually know John, just asking for him like that!

Someone rang me saying I might be able to claim back some PPI. They already had my full name but asked for my date of birth, which I said I wouldn’t give out as it’s private. They kept pushing for it, but when I wouldn’t budge, they just hung up.
