I only talk to the actual business owner, but when I said that, the caller insisted it was a survey. I told them we don’t want any sales or services, and they asked what exactly I thought they were selling. I repeated we were not interested, and they came back with “then you’ll keep getting calls like this” before hanging up. Really rude and clueless people - they should find proper work. This felt more like a scam than just a sales pitch. They said they were ringing from 118 Surveys.

Got a call from a ridiculously noisy call centre about life insurance, the lady sounded properly Welsh but the number showed up as from Chichester. She kept calling me "lovely" all the time and couldn’t even say my last name right. Kept butting in when I tried to speak. They’ve phoned me three times in just two days, so I’ve blocked the number now.
