Received a call from an alarm assistance firm indicating that my sister's alarm had triggered and they were unable to reach her. Moments later, they rang again to inform me she had actually been in touch and was merely conducting a test on the system.

Received a call from my mother’s emergency alert service informing me that her fall alarm had gone off. Fortunately, it turned out to just be a drill carried out by the engineer at her place. What a relief!

I got a rather pesky call from this number at the ungodly hour of 1:20 in the morning while I was fast asleep. It rang through on both my house phone and my mobile, and when I picked up, there was utter silence on the other end. Naturally, I decided to end the call. The following day, I was curious enough to ring back and find out who it might be, but the line just connected me to a rather generic call centre message, with no further information provided. Very strange indeed, so I promptly hung up again. The number was 01625850266.

I've received three calls first thing in the morning, all claiming they were giving me details about an alarm system. Following that, I got another call about airline tickets, which is just quite annoying, to be honest.

It likely was Astraline that got in touch; it appears the emergency cord was inadvertently activated. This number rang my mobile while my House Manager was checking in on me via the intercom system.

I recently came across the Astraline call centre, which appears to be associated with Johnnie Johnson Housing, among others. They provide invaluable support for elderly individuals who possess pendants that can be activated when they require assistance. It's commendable that they take the initiative to reach out to family members when someone is unwell or needs help.

Received a call about my mum's alarm system for the elderly.

Bizarre phone call! My father received a call inquiring if he was alright. Given that he’s hard of hearing, he passed the phone over to me. On the other end, a woman was explaining they’d received a report about a gentleman distressed over his wife. The thing is, my mother passed away nearly two decades ago, and my dad doesn't use a panic alarm. Plus, the house where he resides lacks any emergency pull cords. It's quite peculiar how they obtained my father's number, and the whole situation left him rather shaken. If this indeed was a blunder on the part of the operator and they dialled the wrong number, I sincerely hope they were able to locate the individual or individuals who genuinely required assistance.

I'm a bit wary of this number; I've received two calls this morning—one at 6:10 and another at 7:40. I didn't pick up either, and they didn't bother to leave a voicemail. I'm quite suspicious of these kinds of calls!

I can vouch for the fact that this is indeed a legitimate number associated with Astraline care. I experienced some issues with my smoke detectors, and they reached out to check if all was well with me.

There's a Careline service available for the elderly or vulnerable individuals who have a personal alarm pendant. When they find themselves in a situation where they require assistance, they simply press this pendant. It allows them to speak directly with a support operator, who will then reach out to the two emergency contacts designated by the user. This service does come with a monthly fee, but it provides invaluable peace of mind to those who rely on it.

As others have pointed out, it's definitely a Care line. They appear to be having difficulties reaching me. I ended up calling them back, only to find out that my mum had accidentally locked herself out of her sheltered accommodation. Quite the ordeal, I must say!

It rang between 5 and 10 in the morning, and I chose not to pick up. However, after a quarter of an hour, I decided to ring back using 141 to conceal my number. An English gentleman on the other end simply said, "This is the call centre, kindly hold for the next available operator." I hung up without waiting to find out more. Now, I've taken the liberty of blocking the number.
