I’ve got no acquaintances in Macclesfield, and I certainly wasn’t anticipating a call from there.

I received a call from an unfamiliar number, so I chose not to pick up. They didn’t leave any voicemail, and my phone flagged the call as potential spam. Since I’m on the Telephone Preference Service list, I shouldn’t be getting any unsolicited calls. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number, reported it, and removed it from my contacts.

Yet another mysterious number has tried to reach me. I opted not to pick up, and the line disconnected after just a few seconds. This sort of behaviour invariably leads me to suspect it's some sort of automated caller, possibly a scam. I've now added it to my blocked list.

Received a call from "Policy Secure" regarding life insurance matters.
