I received a call from a chap named Josh, who said he represented Quality Traffic Services. He seemed keen on discussing an insurance claim related to a car accident I had, but it was plainly evident he lacked the complete details. This raised my suspicions that he might be fishing for more personal data or possibly trying to peddle something. I've experienced a few similar calls previously.

I received a dodgy call purportedly regarding car insurance from a company calling themselves ACM. Best to just cut the line and not entertain it.
