Received a call on my mobile earlier, but I declined to answer since I was unfamiliar with the number. Suspected it might be a scam, and having checked here, it seems I was spot on.

This number keeps on calling me incessantly! Just let another one ring out without answering.

I keep receiving persistent calls on my mobile, with the caller insisting I’m in touch with a Mr Stephen Holden. I keep explaining that it’s the wrong number, yet they still pursue me, attempting to lure me into some bank compensation scheme. The last time they called, I mentioned how rather uncouth it was, and wouldn’t you know it, the line went dead! So, I've taken the liberty of blocking the number. Cheers!

I’ve been getting quite a few calls from someone searching for a Mr. Stephen Holden. Whenever I mention that they’ve got the wrong number, they go off on a tangent trying to bait me into some kind of bank compensation scheme.
