Be warned, folks - this chap is a bit of a menace. He’s masquerading as a housing officer from some outfit he refers to as the 'Housing Repair Company' or some such nonsense. If you get a call like this, do yourself a favour and just end the conversation right away! Don’t engage with that rogue!

I went along and said yes, hoping to speak to someone proper. Once I got through to a real person, I told them to take my details off their list because it’s against the law to keep calling like that. Asked them to delete me from their records right away.
