Got a call recently from someone saying they were with Lloyds Bank about a direct debit for Jackson Motors. Weirdly, a couple days earlier, the very same or a very similar number rang me saying they were from Vodafone, telling me a new SIM was on its way because of some network problem nearby. They then asked for my personal info for a credit check, which felt off. Sounds dodgy to me - watch out as this has scam written all over it.

Got a call from a weird mobile number 07480 754573 claiming to be from a fraud helpline. They kept going on about "Jackson Motors" and telling me to call straight away if there’s any fraud. They said the call was from Barclays, but I don’t even have an account with them. Felt really fishy to me, like a scam, so watch out.
