I got a call from someone pretending to be O2 trying to offer me a discount. They asked for a security code to "check my account," but it was a trick to get access. Next thing I know, they’d placed an order for a new phone without me knowing, then locked me out of my account. Later, they said there was a mistake with the order and when the phone arrived, I was told to send it back - but the address wasn’t even O2’s! Ended up stuck paying for a phone I never wanted. Seriously dodgy people, watch out!

Got a call from some O2 promo folks saying it's for loyal customers who always pay their bills promptly... bit funny since I'm not even an O2 customer and I don't have a contract with them!
