picked up the phone and all i got was silence, then the caller just hung up on me. when i called back, an american-sounding voicemail asked if i wanted to "opt out", but before i could respond, a british voice interrupted saying the receiver’s mailbox was full and i couldn’t leave a message. honestly, i hope they get bombarded with annoying calls too that mess up their calm!
