So this person rang saying I have a pending claim from a car crash in the past couple of years. When I asked them which car and which insurance firm, they said I had to verify some stuff before they could share, claiming it was due to data protection. They even called me by a last name, but I told them I never gave my name so how can they be sure it’s mine? All under the guise of data protection?? Then the guy on the phone suddenly got all rude and snappy haha. TOTAL SCAM.
