Got a call from Curtis at the accident advice centre saying we could get up to £4,000 each if we had any pain lasting up to 8 weeks after our crash. It sounded real at first, but then he wanted our national insurance numbers. I told him it was dodgy since my insurance never asked for that, and I just hung up.

Got calls from Accident Advice Centre about a crash I was involved in a few months ago. They were pretty pushy and kept ringing me nearly every day. Tried blocking them but they just call from loads of different numbers. Best thing is to just ignore and block. Proper shady and not polite at all.

Got a call about the accident i was involved in, they wanted to know if i was happy with the recovery? I said i was sick of these constant calls as the car was the only thing sorted, then they just hung up on me.

Accident Help Line rang me about a crash I had back in May. They said it wasnt my fault and claimed my insurance had put aside £4000 for injuries because I was belted in(!?!). I told them I wasnt hurt at all. They said I might still get some money. I told them calling that was fraud. They hung up. They called again the next day - they must’ve forgotten they already spoke to me. When I pointed it out, they just cut me off while I was talking.

Some daft bloke named Oliver phoned me and when I didn’t play ball, he said the company would just keep ringing until I did. Honestly, they’re proper annoying. The number showed up as Manchester, but he claimed he was based in Canary Wharf. I mentioned it was my birthday yesterday and once he twigged, his tone got even more rude. Why doesn’t someone put an end to these irritating pests?

Just endless spam calls from this lot. Had a little dig on Companies House and found they’re based in Salford at 8 Exchange Quay, M5 3EJ. No actual phone number listed though. Also saw they’re connected to another business called "Best Value Goods Ltd". The director is some bloke named Oliver Michael James, born August 1998, only 19 at the time - makes sense why it’s a mess. I’m gonna track down a proper contact number and report them to phone watchdogs, and also to the property management for Exchange Quay.

Received a call claiming to be from an accident helpline, and they asked for my car information as well as my name. I was involved in an incident a few months ago, and it appears a third party is attempting to make a claim. The odd thing is, they couldn't even tell me where this so-called accident took place… because quite frankly, I’ve never been in one! It’s rather concerning that they possess such information regarding me. I can't help but feel anxious about it, as someone unsuspecting might inadvertently divulge far too much personal data to them.

The Accident Advice Centre claims that just 0.0325% of new policies get sent to them by insurers so they can ring up and check if we’re alright after an “accident”. I’m not convinced.
