Just got a call from a new number, looked like an O2 scam. I asked which department they were trying to reach and then they went quiet, before hanging up. Sounds like one of those dodgy call centres with poor connection, probably reading off a script and not really paying attention. Best thing is to block them, report it, and never give out any personal info, no matter what.
