I'm rather puzzled by the identity of the caller, as they had the nerve to address me by my full name. Their tone was quite aggressive and discourteous. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a scammer trying their luck.

Got a call from someone trying to get my personal info, so straight on to my block list they went, as usual.

I had a call from someone who wouldn’t tell me what company they were from when I asked. They kept saying my name instead, which was a bit odd. Then, when I asked if it was a scam, they got really rude and kept asking me why I thought that. Ended up blocking the number and reporting it.
