As others have pointed out regarding these particular numbers, they all trace back to a chap named Stuart Wright, residing at 21A Plymouth Road in Barnt Green, Birmingham, B45 8JF. He has a history of fraudulent activity. It's hardly surprising he’s holed up in a rather plush property-he's been scamming folks left, right and centre!
