Got a call from someone claiming to be from a business loans firm, but I’m pretty sure it was a scam.

So, 0161 826 2824 called my house on Wednesday the 19th August 2026, but when I picked up, it just went straight to voicemail and there was no message left. I looked up the number afterwards and it looks like it's linked to some kind of spam, probably trying to sell life insurance or something. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now. Honestly, don’t bother picking up if you see this number ring! Just block it straight away.
