They called asking if I had life insurance and a will in place, and when I said yes, they began quizzing me about the expiry dates. I politely said I wasn’t interested as I was happy with my arrangements, but she just wouldn’t take no for an answer. I had to hang up and block the number. Then, annoyingly, they phoned again using the same code but a different number. My block list is massive now because of these pesky calls.

Same as loads of others, they just stay silent if you don't say anything, then the call just drops. I told them I was waiting for a hospital doctor to ring me 'cause I've just found out I have terminal cancer, and that's the honest truth. Still, they called me three more times in one day. I just let it go to voicemail, but as soon as I start leaving a message, they hang up. I get that people need to make money, but try coping with cancer, the pain, the stress and not knowing what's next. Maybe then they'd understand the awful stress they've caused me over these past few weeks.

Once you block someone on there, whenever they ring you, your phone just shows a blocked call notification and you can even turn off the ringtone. You can add any number you want to the block list. After that, youll barely notice your phone buzzing cause no alerts come thru. Honestly, glad I got this app, no regrets at all!

Caller used my name and wanted me to answer a survey with 8 questions. They also mentioned that lots of people in my postcode have been getting calls from this number. I asked where they got my info and they said I’d supposedly agreed somewhere online to share my details with third parties, but couldn’t say which company gave them my data. It’s odd because I got this call just days after buying engine oil from Halfords website, so I’m thinking they might be the ones who passed on my info.
