I’ve been receiving persistent calls and messages from a PPI firm that clearly has the wrong number. They keep insisting I'm someone else, despite my repeated explanations that I am not their client. They claim that our discussion from last month indicates this is the right number, and they seem utterly convinced of their error. I've requested them to cease their contact, yet they continue unabated, bombarding me with texts concerning documents supposedly sent to a different person. I've now blocked their number on my phone, but their tone is consistently rude and their behaviour downright infuriating as they refuse to acknowledge my pleas. It’s truly irritating!
