I received a call around 5:50 pm from someone claiming to be Nadine, representing Domestic and General Insurance. I recognised the name as I've previously used their services to insure my home gadgets. She mentioned something about my policy being up for renewal and was attempting to entice me with a group insurance plan. However, she provided me with some erroneous information regarding my existing contract, and when I probed further, she abruptly hung up. I decided to reach out to Domestic and General directly, and they clarified that there were no such offers available and that the call was not legitimate. The number she used wasn’t one of theirs either.
