I only just got my motorbike insurance sorted, and less than half an hour later, they ring me up asking if I’d crashed or something. Totally suspicious, so I’ve blocked the number.

They called using my old maiden name from ages ago, like 10 years back. When I asked what the call was regarding, they just suddenly ended the call. Quite odd!

I've just gotten house insurance with AA. I've heard some say they get calls from scammers pretending you've been in a crash. Fingers crossed AA isn’t sharing my details with those dodgy callers. Probably just one of those auto-dial systems. Either way, I don’t pick up calls from numbers I don’t recognise.
