Same as others I've seen here, the guy had an Indian accent and was trying to get me to upgrade my contract, saying it would save me money. I told him I wasn’t interested but he kept pushing, claiming I was paying £32 a month. That’s rubbish because my O2 plan costs way less than that. What’s really suspicious is he knew my name, the exact plan I’m on, and that I’ve had my number with O2 for about 20 years. Bit creepy if you ask me.
