Some bloke said he was from the "electricity and gas dept" or sumthin, sounded like he might be from India. I told him I wasn't interested and to stop calling. Then he went and rang me like 15 bloody times in just ten minutes! After that, he had the nerve to call me thick for not hearing him out. Why aren't these scammy callers just banned or something? It’s really annoying.

When I was busy sorting out my electric bill of 600 quid with Opus Energy, I got a ring from someone. This bloke, who said his name was Sam, ended up switching my supplier to Clear Business without me even realising. Now, I've just got my first bill from them, and it's only 460 pounds for the same amount of electricity. Clever lot, aren't they?

Got a call from someone moaning about my electricity bills being too high. They had my address handy but couldn’t even tell me my own name or who my supplier is. Kept saying they’d ring back once I had my usage details, but I told them not to bother at all. Such a nuisance!

This guy called Sam Mahendra sounds like he’s from Asia and was speaking Hindi. It’s definitely a scam call. When I asked his name, he threatened to punch me and started hurling insults in Hindi. I pretended not to understand the language, but I could tell what he was saying to another person on the line. Then I asked for a number to call back, and he gave me this one. Never say words like YES or OK because they use those to trap you into fake contracts. Anyone leaving good reviews is probably part of the scam team. This is a proper scam, so watch out!

Just got a call from 0161 818 8626 saying there was a complaint against my business. I ended up speaking to a lady with a strong Indian accent, and I could barely catch what she was on about. Then she handed me over to her manager, who claimed I’d been overpaying for my energy for half a year or so. I asked how that related to the complaint but they were speaking so quick, it was impossible to follow. Pretty sure it’s just another energy scam trying to freak people out into changing suppliers. Really annoyed by this.

It really bugs me when businesses try to mess with the truth, especially when I’ve got all the facts written down and can prove I’m correct, or at least close enough. Then having some overly pushy person on the phone insisting I’m mistaken? That’s just not on at all. I’m hoping the others at your company aren’t all so full of themselves and forceful like this!

Got a call from a number that sounded like it was from India. At first, the caller said I was using too little energy, then shortly after, they flipped it and said I was using too much. After a few minutes, they started talking about offering me a better tariff. They kept ringing back and it felt like a pushy scam trying to make me stay on the phone. I wouldn't trust ’em.

This guy keeps calling non stop and everytime we say the manager's busy or in a meeting, he just yells at us accusing us of lying. Now he’s gone off asking me how old I am, wants my mobile number and even asked if I’ll marry him! He nags all the time about whether I’m on Facebook, WhatsApp or any other social apps. Proper weird and honestly feels more like harassment than anything else.

Complete nonsense. They claim to be with UK Energy Service linked to National Grid, saying there's an issue with my electric meter causing me to be billed 40% extra. Got a call claiming they could knock 30% off my bill - which is a laugh because I don’t pay a penny, sharing office space and all. When I challenged him about saving money on zero, he told me to f### off. I was like, sorry, what?
