Pretty sure this is one of those dodgy overseas scams. They say they can help you get a PPI refund but ask for a £100 voucher upfront. They never say which company they’re from or where they’re based. I think the person sounded a bit Filipino and kept pretending they worked for the Ministry of Justice... yeah right! Caller ID just showed as Unknown.
