Shortly thereafter, they demanded a tax payment of £325.00, yet the loan still hasn't appeared in my bank account, two days later. I had no choice but to cancel my application, which came with its own £100 fee. To my utter disbelief, they later requested payment via Amazon gift cards, claiming the sum would be credited towards my refund. Now, two months have gone by, and I'm still left waiting for that refund to materialise. I've flagged this to Action Fraud and the FCA, despite them not being registered with either.
